We utilise both CO2 Monitors and Air Filters (Samsung AX7500) to make our practice safer for our patients and staff.

CO2 measurements taken for an hour at roughly 2/3rds capacity (40 people in the restaurant at the time) demonstrated a CO2 reliably below 560ppm suggesting the restaurant is likely not under-ventilated despite doors and windows being closed. The food is very good too.
